红花绿绒蒿中总生物碱的含量测定

摘  要：
测定藏药红花绿绒蒿中总生物碱的含量。在单因素实验的基础上,采用Box-Behnken响应面法优化红花绿绒蒿中总生物碱提取条件,并用紫外分光光度法测定总生物碱含量。总生物碱的提取条件为盐酸质量分数3%,料液比1∶30,提取温度50℃,测得样品中总生物碱含量为1.16mg·g~(-1)。所建立的红花绿绒蒿中总生物碱含量测定方法准确可行、重现性好,可以作为红花绿绒蒿药材的质量评价依据,也可为红花绿绒蒿药材内在品质提供依据。

摘  要：
To determine the content of total alkaloids in Meconopsis punicea.On the basis of single factor experiment,box-behnken response surface method was used to optimize the extraction conditions of total alkaloids from Meconopsis punicea and UV spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of total alkaloids.The total alkaloid extraction conditions for hydrochloric acid mass fraction 3 %,1∶30 material liquid ratio,extraction temperature 50℃,total alkaloid content was 1.16 mg·g~(-1).The established method for the determination of total alkaloids in Meconopsis punicea is accurate,feasible and reproducible,which can be used as the basis for the quality evaluation of Meconopsis punicea and the scientific basis for the internal quality of Meconopsis punicea.
