甘薯自动控温控湿规模贮藏节能保鲜库的研究

摘  要:
为了进一步探索甘薯贮藏保鲜的有效方法,经多年研究与实践,设计建造了甘薯自动控温控湿规模贮藏节能保鲜库,与目前普遍使用的半地下发券屋窖和地下贮藏库进行保鲜效果比较,结果表明,新型贮藏库具有自动控温、控湿、防水滴、贮存容量大、节能、保鲜效果好等优点,贮存保鲜期长达180d左右,薯块保鲜完好率达95%以上。

摘  要:
To further explore the effective methods for the preservation of sweet potato, the scale energy-saving fresh keeping under automatic temperature and humidity control was designed and set up based on the experiences and practices. Comparing to the preservation effects of current common semi-underground house cellar and underground storage, it showed that new storage had some advantages such as automatic temperature control, humidity control, waterproof, big storage capacity, energy saving and good preservation effects. The goods could be preserved for about 180 days and the preservative rate of potato tubers was more than 95%.
