摘 要：
This paper analyzed morphological and biological characteristics of Pyrola dahurica and expatiated on its application in northern landscaping.The results showed that Pyrola dahurica was a unique role in the northern landscape because it had extremely cold tolerance and shade tolerance.Its evergreen leaves of the four seasons could be used to build the northern winter hardy turf,flower beds,flower niche habitat,its high degree of shade tolerance could be used to build inter-city high-rise green,its white flowers neatly in line could be used in landscaping.Therefore,Pyrola dahurica would be a very promising plant in northern landscaping.
