基于氩弧熔覆的生物质秸秆压块机压模表面强化技术研究

摘  要:
针对秸秆压块机压模由于剧烈磨损而导致的寿命低下问题,提出了采用氩弧熔覆技术对压模表面进行强化和修复工艺。利用氩弧熔覆方法,研究了不同粉末配比对熔覆层性能的影响。试验结果表明,利用钛铁粉、石墨粉和Cr合金粉末所形成的熔覆层中弥散分布着Ti C、Cr7C3等强化相,熔覆层显微硬度最高可达946HV,约为基体的3倍左右,耐磨性也得到有效提高,可用于生物质秸秆压块机压模的表面强化与修复。

摘  要:
In view of the current situation of straw briquetting machine module wear failure,this paper puts forward the process of argon arc cladding in- situ synthesized Ti C particles to enhance the surface properties. Through the method of argon arc cladding,this paper studied the effects of in- situ synthesized Ti C particles under different metal powder ratios on the wear resistance of the module. By means of metallographic microscope,SEM and the X- ray diffraction,the microstructure of cladding layer was analyzed and the microhardness and wear resistance were measured. The test results showed that the strengthening phases,such as Tic Cr7C3,and so on,is dispersed in the cladding layer,and they made the microhardness of the cladding layer up to 946 HV which was about3 times higher than that of the substrate. Besides,the wear resistance was greatly improved. What's more,adding molybdenum disulfide powder to the coating original powder can enlarge the antifriction effect of cladding layer.
