摘  要:
对茜草科拉拉藤属植物蓬子菜(Galiumverum L.)全草的95%乙醇提取物进行分离并鉴定。经反复纯化制备化合物,并根据化合物的理化性质分析、波谱解析、对照品比较及与文献报道对比鉴定化合物的化学结构。从95%乙醇提取物中分离得到4种化合物,分别鉴定为异鼠李素-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(1)、山柰酚-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(2)、山柰酚3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(3)、芦丁(4)。化合物1~3为从该属首次分离得到。

摘  要:
To investigate the chemical constituents of the extract of Galium verum L.,four compounds were isolated by chromatography and identified by spectral data.The compounds obtained were identified as isorhamnetin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(1),kaempferol-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(2),kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(3),rutin(4).Compounds 1-3 were isolated from this genus for the first time.
