福建鸭品种的典型体型性状的确定

摘  要：
【研究目的】探讨确定福建省四个优良地方鸭品种莆田黑鸭、连城白鸭、金定鸭、福建白番鸭具有代表性的典型体型性状。【方法】应用相关分析和聚类分析方法对四个鸭品种的11个体型性状进行了研究。【结果】根据聚类分析分类结果和相关指数的均值R2,从各类的体型性状中选出代表性的典型性状。莆田黑鸭可以聚成3类,典型性状为体重,胸宽,颈长;连城白鸭聚成4类,典型性状为体重,胸宽,嘴宽,骨盆宽;金定鸭聚成4类,典型性状为体重,半潜水长,骨盆宽,胸深;福建白番鸭聚成5类,典型性状为体重,体斜长,胸深,嘴长,嘴宽。【结论】聚类分析可将众多的体型性状归结为数量较少的几个综合指标,为福建地方鸭的选育、改良,提供了体型性状选育的重点和方向。

摘  要：
The purpose of this study was to determine the representative body type traits of four Fujian native breeds of ducks, which are Putian Black Duck, Liancheng White Duck, Jinding Duck and Fujian Muscovy. With correlation and cluster analysis, eleven body type traits of the ducks were studied. According to the result of cluster analysis and R2, some representative traits were picked out from various body type traits. Putian Black Duck can be divided into three types and the representative traits were weight, chest width, and neck length. Liancheng White Duck can be divided into four types and the representative traits were weight, chest width, mouth width, and pelvis width. Jinding Duck can be divided into four types and the representative traits were weight, half-diving length, pelvis length and chest depth. Fujian Muscovy can be divided into five types and the representative traits were weight, body length, chest depth, mouth length and mouth width. The various body type traits can be summed up as just a few indices with cluster analysis, the indices which provide the scientific basis for breeding and improving the native breeds.
