摘  要:
将对氯苯乙烯的格氏试剂和对氯苯腈进行加成、酸性水解,制备4-乙烯基-4′-氯二苯甲酮(4-VCBP)。分析了反应温度、时间、原料配比等对产物得率的影响。结果表明,制备4-VCBP的最佳工艺条件为:格氏试剂和对氯苯腈质量之比为1.4∶1,50℃反应10 h,加苯回流水解8 h,4-VCBP得率可达75%。

摘  要:
A new compound 4-vinyl-4′-chlorobenzophenone(4-VCBP) was prepared by addition of p-chlorobenzonitrile and a Grignard reagent obtained from p-chlorostyrene and hydrolyzation of the intermediate.Effects of the temperature,time,and the ratio of reactants on yield were examined.The results showed that the optimum preparation conditions were determined as follows: addition reaction was carried at 50℃,for 10 h,and the ratio of Grignard reagent to p-chlorobenzonitrile was 1.4∶1;hydrolyzation was performed at reflux for 8 h in benzene,and the yield of 4-VCBP reached to 75%.
