乏情母犬用溴隐亭处理后的发情表现与血清中孕酮和雌二醇水平变化

摘  要:
选择 3只年龄为 3岁处于乏情期的苏北红犬和 6只 1~ 2岁未发情的罗威纳犬 ,用溴隐亭处理后有 4只母犬发情 ,1只母犬受孕而后流产。分析犬血清中雌二醇和孕酮水平 ,发情受孕犬雌二醇和孕酮分泌呈现规律性变化趋势 ;发情未受孕犬在雌二醇分泌峰出现后孕酮分泌不稳定 ;而未发情犬雌二醇和孕酮没有变化。结果表明 ,溴隐亭能够有效地缩短母犬的乏情期 ,溴隐亭处理后不同生理状态母犬反应差异较大 ,发过情的母犬作用明显 ,对从未发过情的母犬效果较差

摘  要:
Estrus was induced with bromocryptine in 5 prepubertal Rottweiler bitches, 3 Subei Red bitches and l Rottweiler bitch in anestrus phase. The animals were orallv administered with bromocryptine in a dose of 0.3mg once a day for the first three days and twice on days 4 and 5, followed in a larger doses of 0.6mg twice a day under the condition of none obvious side effect. The treatment period last 20 days at the most. Behaviour of estrus occurred in 4 bitches, of which 1 bitch was pregnant but aborted thereafter. Serum estradiol and progesterone were analyzed in estrus and nonestrus bitches after the treatment. Progesterone and estrdiol levels changed in normal patterns, namely progesterone levels increased for a long time after estradiol peak in induced -pregnant bitch. However in induced none-pregnant bitches in heat after treatment, progesterone increased in unstable patterns. Estradiol and progesterone levels unchanged in nonestrus bitches after the treatment. These results suggested that bromocryptine could shorten the anestrus period of the bitch, but the response differed in different physiological periods of bitches. The effect was more obvious in anestrus bitches than that in prepubertal bitches.
