克服羊肚菌连作障碍的措施

摘  要：
连作障碍是羊肚菌栽培中的难题,高效的连作障碍防治技术是实现羊肚菌可持续生产的关键。试验研究轮作、土壤处理、轮换菌种等措施克服羊肚菌连作障碍的效果。结果表明,水稻轮作效果最好,2 000 m~2小区年产量可稳定在660 kg左右;轮换菌种效果较好,2 000 m~2小区年产量可稳定在600 kg左右;火烧土壤、翻耕暴晒效果一般,预防病虫害的效果较好;蔬菜轮作效果不明显;玉米轮作有加重连作障碍的趋势。就陇南当地自然条件来说,菌种轮换是一种能适应于本地生产,并且防治连作障碍效果良好的措施。

摘  要：
Continuous cropping obstacle is a difficult problem in Morchella cultivation,and efficient continuous cropping obstacles control technology is the key to achieve sustainable production of Morchella.The effects of crop rotation,soil treatment and strain rotation on continuous cropping obstacles of Morchella were studied.The results showed that the effect of rice rotation was the best,and the annual yield of 2 000 m~2 plot could be stabilized at about 660 kg.Followed by strain rotation,the annual yield of 2 000 m~2 plot could be stabilized at about 600 kg.The effect of burning soil and tilling is general,but causing positive effect on preventing diseases and insect pests.Besides,the effect of vegetable rotation was not obvious,but the effect of maize rotation tended to aggravate the obstacle of continuous cropping.In terms of local natural conditions of Longnan,strain rotation is a effective measure that can adapt to local production and prevent continuous cropping obstacles.
