轮台县杏树多毛小蠹生物学特性研究

摘  要:
【目的】系统观察研究多毛小蠹(Scolytus seulensis Murayama)的生物学特性。【方法】野外调查、网室饲养与室内观察相结合。【结果】多毛小蠹在轮台县1年发生3~4代,以老龄幼虫在被害部树皮下越冬,世代重叠严重。3月底、4月初始见成虫,侵入诱木、衰弱木或风倒木交配产卵,其各代成虫羽化高峰期分别在4月中旬、6月上旬、7月中旬和9月上旬。完成1个世代需46~62 d,主要以幼虫在树皮内危害致使枝干枯死。【结论】多毛小蠹以越冬代成虫羽化较为整齐,是防治该害虫的关键时期,该研究可为其的综合治理提供科学依据。

摘  要:
[Objective]The project aims to conduct systematical and observational study of biological characteristics of Scolytus seulensis Murayama.[Method]The field investigation,nets room feeding and indoor observation methods etc.were jointly used.[Result]Scolytus seulensis Murayama occurred three or four generations in Luntai during one year.Older larvae survive the winter under barks,and generations overlap seriously.At the end of March and early April,they grow into adults and go into rusty wood,weak trees or trees blown down by wind to lay eggs.Mating adult emergence fastigium of each generation is in the middle of April,early July the middle of June and early September respectively.One complete generation lasts 46 - 62 days.The larvae in the barks damage the trees and cause them to die.According to the investigation,winter generation's eclosion//adult emergence is regular,and this is the key period to prevent and kill them. [Conclusion]The study provides a scientific basis for the comprehensive management of Scolytus seulensis Murayama.
