NaCl胁迫对油豆角幼苗耐盐性生理指标的影响

摘  要:
选用生产上常用的7个油豆角品种,通过不同浓度NaCl(0、0.1、0.2mmol/L)处理,测定各个品种的叶绿素、根系活力、脯氨酸、丙二醛等生理指标,研究不同品种油豆角对不同浓度NaCl胁迫的反应。结果表明:不同品种各个生理指标的自身积累量不同,NaCl胁迫后的变化也不同,太空品种的耐盐性最好,NaCl胁迫后其叶绿素含量下降的最少,脯氨酸含量增加的最多,根系活力和丙二醛含量不变。

摘  要:
Seven snap bean varieties were selected,which usually were used on the production,under concentrations of NaCl(0,0.1,0.2 mmol/L),to determinate chlorophyll,root activity,proline,MDA,and other physiological indicators and assess the effects of salt-stress on snap bean.The results showed that the physiological indicators contents were different in varieties,the amount of increase or decrease was so under salt-stress.The TAIKONG was better in salt-tolerant than other species.The decline of its chlorophyll content was minimum,the increase of proline content was maximum,root activity,MDA content didn't change.
