南疆日光温室表冷器主动蓄放热系统设计与应用效果

摘  要:
为解决适用于南疆地区日光温室的蓄放热增降温设备,提高日光温室抵御午间高温和夜间低温的能力,创新研发出了表冷器主动蓄放热系统.在日光温室中安装该系统进行了运行试验,分析了该系统蓄放热量、增温空气、降温空气、增温营养液和蓄放热效率等性能.结果表明:表冷器主动蓄放热系统的蓄热量和放热量分别为248.640、139.776MJ;午间蓄热阶段温室内空气平均温度比对照温室低3.5℃;夜间放热阶段温室内空气温度比对照温室高3℃,通过数据分析可知,表冷器主动蓄放热系统的蓄放热效率为89.4%.总之,表冷器主动蓄放热系统在日光温室中的增降温效果较明显,该系统在南疆地区具有一定的推广意义.

摘  要:
In order to solve the storage heat increase cooling equipment suitable for solar greenhouses in southern Xinjiang and improve the ability of solar greenhouses to resist midday high temperature and night low temperature,an active heat storage system for surface air cooler was innovated.The system was installed in a solar greenhouse for operation tests,and the performance of the system such as heat storage,warming air,cooling air,warming nutrient solution and heat storage efficiency were analyzed.The results showed that the heat storage and heat discharge of the active heat storage system of the surface air cooler were 248.640 MJ and 139.776 MJ,respectively.The average temperature of indoor air during midday heat storage was 3.5 ℃ lower than that of controlled greenhouse.The air temperature in the greenhouse was 3℃ higher than that of the controlled greenhouse during the night heat release phase.Through data analysis,it could be seen that the heat storage efficiency of the active heat storage system of the surface air cooler was 89.4%.In short,the effect of the active heat storage system of the surface air cooler in the solar greenhouse was more obvious,and the system had a certain generalization significance in the southern Xinjiang region.
