促进柠条酶解糖化的预处理方法比较

摘  要:
以柠条平茬废弃物为原料,分别采用0.1%~5%的Na OH、0.025%~1%的硫酸和黄孢原毛平革菌处理柠条平茬废弃物,研究不同预处理方法对柠条质量损失情况、酶解转化率、总还原糖得率和木质纤维素含量的影响。结果表明,酸、碱和微生物预处理均可不同程度地提高柠条平茬废弃物的酶解转化效率和总还原糖得率,木质素的移除与改性可能是酶解效率提高的主要因素。其中,0.5%硫酸处理是从柠条平茬废弃物获取糖的最佳预处理方式,处理后总还原糖得率从5.5%提升到17.9%,提高了约2.3倍;5%Na OH处理是提高柠条平茬废弃物转化效率的最佳预处理方式,酶解转化率从5.5%提升到13.6%,提高了约1.5倍。本项研究分别从酶解转化率与总还原糖得率两个角度来评价促进柠条酶解糖化的预处理方法,其研究结果对柠条多元化的高效利用提供参考依据。

摘  要:
Branch waste from stumped Caragana korshinskii was chosen as raw materials,and three kinds of pretreatments with 0. 1 % ~ 5 % Na OH,0. 025 % ~ 1 % H2SO4 and Phanerochaete chrysosporium were comparatively examined by determination of Caragana korshinskii's weight loss,ratio of enzymatic transformation,yield of total reducing sugars,and content of lignocellulose. The results showed that all of the three kinds of pretreatments accelerated the enzymatic saccharification and the total reducing sugars yield of C. korshinskii in various degrees,and removal and modification of lignin might be the main reason causing the increased enzymatic efficiency. The Pretreatment with 0. 5 % H2SO4 was the most effective method to obtain sugars from stumped C. korshinskii,and the yield of total reducing sugars after pretreatment was significantly enhanced from 5. 5 % to 17. 9 %,which was nearly 2. 3 times of the untreated raw material. The pretreatment with 5 % Na OH was the most effective method to enhance the enzymatic efficiency,and the ratio of enzymatic transformation was significantly enhanced from 5. 5 %to 13. 6 %,which was nearly 1. 5 times of the untreated raw material. In this paper,both the ratio of enzymatic transformation and the yield of total reducing sugars were examined simultaneously to compare different pretreatments,and finally,some suggestions were provided for diversified utilization of C. korshinskii based on the results.
