膜生物反应器(MBR)处理畜禽废水的效果研究

摘  要:
本文研究了操作条件对膜生物反应器处理畜禽废水系统运行效果的影响。试验结果表明:经过15 d启动试验,系统对畜禽废水的处理效果较好,CODC r的去除率基本稳定在95%~97.5%之间、对氨氮的去除率也稳定在92%~96.6%之间,由此反应器的启动已经完成,系统可进入运行期;当操作条件是温度25℃、DO为4.5 mg.L-1、HRT为12 h时,各污染物的综合除去效果达到最佳,此时MBR系统对畜禽废水中CODC r的去除率高于96%、对氨氮的去除率高于93%、对总磷的去除率也能保持在40%以上。

摘  要:
This paper studied the effect of operational condition of submerged membrane bioreactor on operational process of the reactor.The results showed that:after 15 d ays,we succeeded in activating sludge acclimation,the CODCr,NH+4-N removal efficiencies fluctuated between 95%~97.5% and 92%~96.6%,The results showed that the starting of MBR was successful.When the process conditions were temperature 25 ℃,dissolved oxygen 4.5 mg·L-1,hydraulic retention time(HRT)12 h the removal efficiencies integrated to achieve the best results,under the condition of these process conditions,the CODCr,NH+4-N,TP removal efficiencies were above 95%,93% and 40% respectively.
