污水中总氮检测方法的改进探究

摘  要:
针对采用过硫酸钠作氧化剂检测污水中总氮时,使用具塞比色管的不足,采用了50mL旋塞比色管,按照过硫酸钾氧化-紫外分光光度法的标准进行了操作。结果表明:该方法相对标准偏差RSD<1.00%,加标回收率为95.7%~102%,校准曲线的线性相关系数为0.9997,该方法易操作,方法简便,反应迅速,准确度高,可满足监测分析的需要。

摘  要:
The study found that sodium persulfate with 50 ml cock colorimetric tube was used as an oxidant in the detection of total nitrogenwaste water,according to the potassium persulfate oxidation-UV spectrophotometric method of operation.The relative standard deviation of RSD was less than 1.00%.The adding standard recovery was 95.7%~ 102%.And the linear correlation coefficient of the calibration curve was 0.9997.The method is easy to operate with simple approach,rapid reaction and high accuracy,which can meet the requirements of monitoring and analysis need.
