提高车用YJP-Q系列加热器用燃烧器性能的研究

摘 要:
为进一步提高YJP-Q系列车用加热器用燃烧器性能,通过台架试验对燃烧器做了外筒至热交换器壁面不同距离、燃气回流罩至导流体不同距离和燃气回流罩缩口不同直径对比试验,还做了导流体上轴向进气孔不同孔径及喇叭筒前端进气槽不同进气面积对比试验,以及燃烧器单内筒、单外筒和双筒对比试验。试验结果表明:燃烧器外筒至热交换器壁面15~30 mm为宜;各种直径的燃气回流罩均在距导流体100 mm处热功率和热效率最大,但排放中HC较高;回流罩缩口直径以功率论102 mm为最好,89 mm略次,但89 mm综合性能较好;燃烧器使用单内筒或单外筒,因热辐射有短路损失而较双筒燃烧器热效率低7%左右;燃烧器喇叭筒进气槽和导流体轴向进气孔直径过大时,易影响火焰的稳定性,使燃烧噪声明显增大。

摘 要:
Experiments were made with the burner used in YJP-Q series spray-type vehicle heater in order to enhance the performance of burner,including the experiments of different distance from outer tube to heat exchanger edge,cone-shaped shield to baffle,the comparative experiments of different cone-shaped shield diameter,different aperture of the baffle axial auxiliary air inlet,different inlet area of horn-tube air intake duct,and different burner.Results show:the distance from outer tube to heat exchanger edge is better between 15~30 mm;heater has largest thermal power and thermal efficiency,but higher HC emissions when distance from cone-shaped shield to baffle is 100 mm;considering thermal power,102 mm cone-shaped shield diameter is best,next is 89 mm,but 89 mm has better comprehensive performance;thermal efficiency of single-layer burner is 7% lower than double-layer burner because of radiation heat loss.It influences the stability of flame and significantly increases the combustion noise when horn-tube air intake duct and aperture of the baffle axial auxiliary air inlet is too large.
