云南丽江KRK26烟叶主要品质性状及其与气象因子相关性

摘  要：
【目的】研究丽江烟区KRK26品种烤后烟叶主要品质性状及与气象因子相关性,为提升中国外引品种对"两烟"生产的贡献力和卷烟工业配方设计提供参考。【方法】通过描述性统计和单因素方差分析法对云南省丽江市玉龙县2014—2017年采集的48个KRK26初烤烟叶样品外观质量、常规化学成分和感官质量进行比较分析。利用逐步回归分析法研究了不同部位烟叶与丽江烟区主要气象因子的相关性。【结果】(1)丽江烟区烤烟生育期(5—9月)平均气温呈"两头低、中间高",月均气温、日照时间和降雨量分别为18.3℃、155.3 h和161.0 mm。(2)丽江KRK26产值80 568元/hm~2、产量2 898 kg/hm~2,中上部烟叶外观质量综合得分极显著高于下部叶(P<0.01)。3个部位烟叶总糖含量均较高,上部叶的总植物碱含量极显著高于中下部叶(P<0.01)、钾含量则显著低于中下部叶(P<0.05)。(3)丽江KRK26中部叶主体香韵为干草香和清甜香,特征香韵为焦甜香,香气质尚好、香气量尚足。【结论】丽江烟区KRK26烤后烟叶的品质总体较好,产量略高于原产地津巴布韦,化学成分较为协调,大田成熟期平均温度和伸根期降水量极显著影响中部烟叶烟气品质;随着种植年限增加,烟叶清甜香韵逐渐凸显,总体秉承了云南烟叶"清甜香润"的风格特色。

摘  要：
[Purpose]In order to study the main quality traits of KRK26 tobacco leaves in Lijiang,Yunnan Province and their correlation with meteorological factors, provide reference for enhancing the contribution of foreign introduced varieties to the production of "tobacco leaves and cigarettes"and the formulation design of cigarette industry.[ Method] Descriptive statistics, variance and stepped-regression analysis were used to analyze 48 KRK26 leave samples collected in Yulong County, Lijiang City from 2014 to 2017. Stepwise regression analysis were used to analyze the correlation between tobacco leaves in different parts and main meteorological factors in Lijiang tobacco area.[Results]1) The average air temperature of the growing season(May-September) for Lijiang flue-cured tobacco was "low in the two sides, high in the middle", the monthly average temperature was 18.3 ℃, the monthly average sunshine time was 155.3 h, the monthly average precipitation was161.0 mm. 2) The output value of KRK26 was 80 568 Yuan/hm~2, the yield was 2 898 kg/hm~2, the number of effective leaves was 18-20, and the comprehensive score of the upper and middle leaves was extremely significantly higher than that of the lower leaves(P<0.01). The total sugar content of three-part tobacco leaves was higher, and the total alkaloid content of upper tobacco leaves was significantly higher than that of middle and lower tobacco leaves(P<0.01), and potassium content was significantly lower than that of middle and lower tobacco leaves(P<0.05). 3) The main aroma of Lijiang KRK26 middle leaves was hay and sweet incence with the characteristic aroma of burnt-sweet incence,the quality was good and the quantity was enough with good penetration.good penetration.[Conclusion]The quality of KRK26 flue-cured tobacco leaves in Lijiang tobacco area was generally better, the production was slightly higher than that from the origin of Zimbabwes and the chemical composition was coordination. The average temperature of mature period and precipitation of rooting stage had the greatest influence on the quality characteristics of KRK26 fume. The fresh sweet incence showed an increasing trend with increasing planting years, overall uphold the "sweet and mellow" style characteristics of Yunnan flue-cured tobacco leaf.
