摘 要：
Because of highly developed network technology and digital technology,Digital Reference Service is the only way of library services today.The article analyzed the necessary that the local Academy of Social Sciences Library carry out digital reference services from research scope and work time.The article explored the models of digital reference service,including E-mail、FAQ、Web Form、BBS、network knowledge navigation、real-time reference.On this basis the article pointed out that a network of call centers and joint digital reference are the digital reference service trend of local Academy of Social Sciences Library.
