摘  要:
将辽宁省部分毛豆生产企业多年来的种植经验与科学数据相结合,兼顾整个东北地区大豆类生产种植特点,编写毛豆生产技术标准。由于企业所涉及毛豆产品均供给欧洲高端市场,因此生产能达到有机食品标准,可供我国北方地区黄豆类作物种植与生产者参考,以提高我国大豆类产品的种植水平。

According to the produce experience and science data,the technology of producing the young soybean was compiled by the characteristic of producing soybean.It accords with the standard of organic food in Europe,and the products have offered for high market of Europe.So the technology can direct the peasants who grow and produce the beans,for improving the level of producing in our country.
