溶胶-凝胶法/软模板法制备多孔二氧化钛条件的响应曲面分析法

摘  要:
采用溶胶-凝胶法结合软模板法制备多孔二氧化钛,用响应曲面分析法研究了无水乙醇与钛酸丁酯的物质的量之比(A)、冰乙酸与钛酸丁酯的物质的量之比(B)、蒸馏水与钛酸丁酯的物质的量之比(C)、聚乙二醇-400与钛酸丁酯的物质的量之比(D)、煅烧温度(E)、煅烧时间(F)对制备获得的多孔二氧化钛光催化降解甲基橙效率的影响,并建立了甲基橙降解率与制备条件之间的二次多项式数学模型,其相关系数R~2为0.9861。研究结果表明:多孔二氧化钛的最佳制备条件为:A为18.03,B为1.67,C为12,D为0.21,E为510.74℃,F为3.2 h,在该条件下制备的多孔二氧化钛的甲基橙降解率为66.76%,预测值为66.57%,相对误差为0.29%,模拟值较好的符合试验值,六个因素对多孔二氧化钛降解性能的影响顺序为:C>A>B>F>E>D。

摘  要:
Porous titanium dioxide was prepared by sol-gel method combined with soft template method, and the ratio of the amount of anhydrous ethanol to butyl titanate(A), the amount of glacial acetic acid and butyl titanate was studied by response surface analysis. Ratio(B), the ratio of the amount of distilled water to the amount of butyl titanate(C), the ratio of the amount of polyethylene glycol-400 to the amount of butyl titanate(D), calcination temperature(E), calcination The effect of time(F) on the photocatalytic degradation of methyl orange by the prepared porous titanium dioxide was established, and a quadratic polynomial mathematical model between methyl orange degradation rate and preparation conditions was established. The correlation coefficient R~2 was 0.9861. The results show that the optimal preparation conditions for porous titanium dioxide are: A is 18.03, B is 1.67, C is 12, D is 0.21, E is 510.74℃, F is 3.2 h, and the methylidene of porous titania prepared under this condition the degradation rate of orange was 66.76%, the predicted value was 66.57%, and the relative error was 0.29%. The simulated value was in good agreement with the experimental value. The order of influence of six factors on the degradation performance of porous titanium dioxide was: C>A>B>F>E >D.
