申嗪霉素对大豆疫霉菌不同发育阶段的抑制作用

摘  要:
为寻找防治大豆疫病的新型生物农药,离体条件下测定申嗪霉素对大豆疫霉菌不同生长发育阶段的抑制作用.结果表明,申嗪霉素对大豆疫霉菌菌丝生长、游动孢子的释放和萌发的抑制中浓度分别为2.043 6、230.370 1和0.726 5μg.mL-1,但对孢子囊形成没有抑制作用.说明申嗪霉素在离体条件下对大豆疫霉菌具有明显的抑制作用,具有防治大豆疫病的潜力.

摘  要:
In oder to control Phytophthora blight of soyben by new biological pesticides,the bioactivity of Shenqimycin against different stages of Phytophthora sojae was investigated in vitro.The results showed that Shenqinmycin could inhibit mycelia growth,zoospores release and germination with the effective concentration(EC50) values of 2.043 6,230.370 1 and 0.726 5 μg·mL-1 respectively,but have no effect on sporangia production.These findings suggest that Shenqinmycin can obviously inhibit the growth of P.sojae in vitro and have high potential for controlling of Phytophthora blight in soyben.
