基于WOE与PCA的油田钻井区地下水脆弱性研究

摘 要:
油田钻井的选址必须尽量减少其对地下水及周边环境的影响.以伊通县油田钻井选址为例,利用主成分因子分析法(PCA)和证据权重法(WOE)对研究区分别进行了地下水脆弱性评价.在地下水固有脆弱性基础上,增加土地利用方式、河流距离及河流密度3个指标,建立了地下水脆弱性评价指标体系,利用硝酸盐浓度评价与验证,并通过ROC曲线比较其评价性能,AUC值分别为0.73和0.80,则WOE的评价性能较优.利用Arc GIS对评价结果进行可视化,结果表明,脆弱性较低的面积占研究区的25.57%,脆弱性中等、较高的区域占69.85%,研究区油田钻井选址尽量避免东北部漫滩、一级阶地、河流及水库影响范围.该研究对于WOE应用到地下水脆弱性评价具有参考价值,为油田钻井选址提供依据.

摘 要:
The location of oilfield drilling must minimize its impact on groundwater and the surrounding environment. Taking the drilling site selection of Yitong County oilfield as an example,this paper used the Principal Component Analysis( PCA) and Weight of Evidence( WOE)to evaluate the groundwater vulnerability of the study area. On the basis of the inherent vulnerability of groundwater,3 indicators including land use mode,river distance and river density were added to establish the evaluation index system of groundwater vulnerability. Nitrate concentration was used for evaluation and verification,and the evaluation performance was compared with ROC curve. AUC values were 0.73 and 0.80,respectively. WOE's evaluation performance was better. Arc GIS was used to visualize the evaluation results. The results showed that the area with low vulnerability accounted for 25.57% of the study area,and the area with medium and high vulnerability accounted for69.85%. The oil field drilling site in the study area should be selected to avoid the overland,first-grade terrace,river and reservoir influencing area in the northeast. This study has reference value for the application of WOE to the evaluation of groundwater vulnerability,and provides a basis for oil field drilling site selection.
