摘 要:
通过对COⅠ和Cytb序列的分析,研究了银鲳(Pampus argenteus)、灰鲳(P.cinereus)和翎鲳(P.punctatissimus)3种东海区重要鲳属鱼类群体的种群遗传结构。在62个鲳属鱼类样本中分别检出COⅠ和Cytb单倍型21个和27个,发现变异位点125个和176个。东海区的3种鲳属鱼类种群中,翎鲳的单倍型多样性(h)与核苷酸多样性(Pi)水平均为最高(在COⅠ序列中分别为0.779和0.003 25,在Cytb序列中分别为0.847和0.003 33),而银鲳和灰鲳的h和Pi水平较低。FU’S FS中性检验和歧点分布分析结果显示,3种鲳属鱼类种群均经历了种群扩张现象。结果表明,3种鲳属鱼类均经历过种群瓶颈效应,处于瓶颈效应后的增长期,遗传多样性水平较低,应采取一些有效的保护措施,以避免其遗传多样性水平的进一步丧失。本研究结果可以为鲳属鱼类资源的合理开发利用和保护提供必要的参考。

摘 要:
Population genetic structure and genetic diversity of three Pampus Species(P.argenteus,P.cinereus and P.punctatissimus) from East China Sea was evaluated based on partial sequences of COⅠ and Cytb.In all of 62 individuals,21(with 125 polymorphic sites) and 27(with 176 polymorphic sites) haplotypes were defined based on COⅠ and Cytb sequences.Among three Pampus,P.punctatissimus had the highest level of both haplotype diversity(h) and nucleotide diversity(Pi).The neutral FU'S FS test and mismatch distribution analysis indicated that all three pampus species experienced population expansion.The results suggested that three pampus populations of East China Sea were in the period of rapid population growth and accumulation of mutations after population bottleneck,and all of them had low level of genetic diversity.Therefore,certain efficient measures should be made to avoid further losing of the genetic diversity in this species.These results could provide basic information for the sustainable exploitation and conservation of Pampus resources.
