摘 要：
川西云杉是昌都市的乡土树种,又是昌都市造林急需的树种。建立川西云杉采种基地有利于满足当地林业生态建设对川西云杉种子的需求。根据《林木种苗工程项目建设标准》的规定,合理选择了采种区,提出营建技术和经营措施。川西云杉采种基地预期可实现良好的生态效益和经济效益。

摘 要：
Picea balfouriana is a native tree species in Changdu city, also it is a urgently needed tree species for afforestation in the city. The establishment of base for collecting seeds of Picea balfouriana is able beneficial to meet the requirement of the local forestry ecological construction on the seed of Picea balfouriana. According to the provisions of the "construction standards of the engineering project of forest seed and seedling", this paper reasonably selected the seed collecting area, and put forwarded the construction technology and management measures. Base for collecting seeds of Picea balfouriana is expected to achieve good ecological benefi t and economic benefi t.
