施用不同肥料对"黄金2号"文心兰叶片酶活性的影响

摘  要:
以切花文心兰"黄金2号"(Oncidium Golden No.2)幼苗和成熟苗为材料,研究了施用不同肥料对文心兰叶片酶活性的影响.结果表明,高浓度专用肥会显著降低文心兰叶片超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)活性,中浓度专用肥、低浓度专用肥、叶面肥和缓释肥能显著提高幼苗叶片超氧化物歧化酶活性,而对成熟苗叶片酶活性没影响;施肥对文心兰叶片过氧化物酶(peroxidase,POD)活性影响不大;高浓度专用肥同样会显著降低文心兰叶片过氧化氢酶(catalase,CAT)活性,而其它施肥均能显著提高幼苗叶片过氧化氢酶活性.因此,中浓度专用肥、低浓度专用肥、叶面肥和缓释肥均可显著提高文心兰幼苗的SOD和CAT活性,增强植株抵抗逆境的能力.

摘  要:
In order to study the influence of different fertilization on enzyme activities(superoxide dismutase,peroxidase and catalase)in the leaves of Oncidium Golden No.2,young and mature plants were treated with different fertilization.Results showed that the specialty fertilizer at high concentration would reduce the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD)observably,while the specialty fertilizer at medium or low concentration and controlled releasing fertilizer would increase the SOD activity of young plants,but not that of mature plants.There was little impact on the peroxidase(POD)activity after fertilization treatment.Besides,the specialty fertilizer at high concentration would also reduce the activity of catalase(CAT),and other fertilizations would remarkably enhance the CAT activity of young plants.These results indicated that the specialty fertilizer at medium or low concentration and controlled releasing fertilizer would observably increase the SOD and CAT activities of young plants of Oncidium,and enhance the stress resistance of the plants.
