梅花鹿三种茸片和鹿角盘性激素含量测定

摘  要：
本试验对梅花鹿的鹿茸腊片、鹿茸粉片、鹿茸血片和鹿角盘分别进行了孕酮、睾酮和雌二醇的检测。结果表明,鹿角盘中3种激素均含有,含量基本均衡;3种鹿茸片均未检出雌二醇;各组孕酮含量均高于睾酮含量;孕酮含量各组差异显著(P<0.05),睾酮含量各组差异不显著(P>0.05);鹿茸腊片中孕酮和睾酮含量均为最高;以上检测结果为鹿茸的食用和医用及鹿产品开发提供理论基础。

摘  要：
The 3 kinds of sex hormones including progesterone,testosterone and estradiol were analyzed forwax slices,blood slices and powder slices of antler velvet,and the bony buttons in Chinese sika deer.It showed thatthe bony buttons contained the same level of 3 kinds of sexhormones;Estadiol was not detected in the 3 kinds of slices of antler velvet;the progesterone content was higher than testosterone and the progesterone content was higher significantly(P< 0.05)in 3 slices of antler velvet;contents of progesterone and testosterone were highest in the wax slices of antler velvet;it will be provided for basis of food and pharmacological use in products of Chinese sika deer.
