云南黄莲、唐松草、开口箭炭疽病病原的初步鉴定

摘 要：
通过病害标本直接观察及病原菌分离培养两种方法的形态测定,初步鉴定了云南3种药用植物炭疽病。结果表明,所述几种病害均为刺盘孢菌属[Colletotrichum Colletotrichum Corda]引起,云南黄莲炭疽病由壳皮炭疽菌[Colletotrichum Colletotrichum crassipes(Speg.)Aex]引起,唐松草及开口箭症状Ⅱ炭疽病由胶孢炭疽菌[Colletotrichum gloeosporioides(Penz.)Sacc.]引起,而开口箭症状Ⅰ炭疽病由尖孢炭疽菌[Colletotrichum acutatum Simmondo]引起。

摘 要：
The anthracnose pathogens of 3 species of medicinal plants were identified. The diseases were diagnosed based on symptoms observation and pathogen isolation. The results showed that the anthracnose of 3 kinds of medicinal plants was all caused by ColletotrichumColletotrichum Corda. The anthracnose of CoptiCoptis teeta Hort was caused by Colletotrichum Colletotrichum crassipescrassipes. The anthracnose of Thalictrum Hort,Tupistra chinensis Hort Ⅱwere caused by Colletotrichum gloeosporioides. The anthracnose of Tupistra chinensis HortⅠ was caused by Colletotrichum acutatum.
