施肥对夏播花生营养特性及品质的影响

摘  要：
大田条件下,以花生品种花育22号为材料,研究了不同肥料种类对夏播花生营养特性及品质的影响。结果表明,(1)施肥可以提高花生根、茎、叶、果中的氮、磷、钾含量,其中有机无机肥配施含量较高,单施无机肥处理在花生出苗60 d前的含量高于单施有机肥,而在出苗60 d后则不如单施有机肥处理,不施肥处理的含量最低;(2)施肥均能提高花生籽仁中蛋白质、脂肪、油酸的含量,其中有机无机肥配施含量高于其它各施肥处理,其它各施肥处理的效果差异不显著。因此,有机无机肥配施是花生较为理想的施肥方式。

摘  要：
Field trial was carried out to discover the effect of applying fertilizer on root activity and leaf senescence in peanut with the variety of "Huayu 22".The results showed:(1) Fertilizer application could improve N、P、K content in root、stem、leave and nutlet.Among all the treatments,the N,P,K content of the combination of organic and chemical fertilizer application was higher than that of pure mineral fertilizer(PMF) or pure organic fertilizer(POF).The N,P,K content of PMF was higher at early growing stage and lower at later growing stage than that of POF.The N,P,K content of the treatment without fertilizer application was the lowest.(2) Fertilizer application could improve the content of protein,fat and oleic acid in nutlet during the later growing stage of peanut plant.The combination application of organic and chemical fertilizer than application was supper pure mineral fertilizer(PMF) or pure organic fertilizer(POF).So the combination application of organic and chemical fertilizer application was good to the strong and healthy growth and development of peanut plant during the whole growing period of peanut.
