日粮中添加不同来源α-亚麻酸对鸡蛋重量和蛋黄n-3脂肪酸组成的影响

摘  要:
[目的]研究日粮中添加不同来源α-亚麻酸对鸡蛋重量和蛋黄中n-3脂肪酸组成的影响。[方法]选取40只、29周龄健康产蛋母鸡分为4个处理组(1个对照组和3个试验组),对照组饲喂基础饲粮,3个试验组分别在基础饲粮中添加15%亚麻籽、15%杜仲籽和15%紫苏籽,探讨在蛋鸡饲料中添加富含α-亚麻酸(ALA)的亚麻籽、杜仲籽和紫苏籽对鸡蛋重量、蛋黄重量和n-3多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFAs)的影响。[结果]日粮中添加3种不同来源的亚麻酸对鸡蛋重量和蛋黄重量的影响不显著(P>0.05)。与对照组相比,亚麻组、紫苏组和杜仲组蛋黄中ALA和二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)含量均极显著提高(P<0.05)。日粮中添加不同来源的亚麻酸均能增加蛋黄中n-3 PUFAs含量,其中紫苏组效果显著,其次为亚麻组,杜仲组略低。[结论]用紫苏或杜仲籽代替亚麻籽生产富含n-3 PUFAs鸡蛋是可行的。

摘  要:
[Objective]To study the effects of adding different sources of α-linolenic acid( ALA) in the diet on the egg weight and composition of n-3 fatty acids in yolk. [Method]Fourty 29-week-age healthy laying hens were randomly divided into one control group and three test groups.The laying hens were fed with the basal diet,those in three test groups were fed with 15% flaxseed,15% perilla seed and Eucommia ulmoides seeds,respectively. The effects of adding flaxseed,perilla seed and E. ulmoides seeds rich of ALA in the diet of laying hens on the egg weight,yolk weight and composition of n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids( PUFAs) were studied. [Result]Adding three different sources of ALA in the diet had no significant effect on egg weight and yolk weight( P>0.05). Compared with control group,ALA and DHA contents in the yolk in flaxseed group,perilla group and E. ulmoides group were significantly improved( P < 0.05). Adding different sources of ALA in the diet could improve the content of n-3 PUFAs in the yolk,the effect in perilla group was significant,followed by flaxseed group,that in E. ulmoides group was lower. [Conclusion]It was feasible to produce eggs rich of n-3 PUFAs with perilla or E. ulmoides seeds instead of flaxseeds.
