外源Ca~(2+)对盐胁迫下甜瓜叶片气孔开度的调节

摘  要:
研究了盐胁迫下甜瓜叶片气孔开度变化及外源Ca2+对甜瓜叶片气孔开度的调节作用。研究结果表明,盐胁迫下甜瓜叶片气孔开度显著增加,此变化是由NaCl促进气孔宽度增加引起的,而其对气孔长度无调节作用。同时,外源Ca2+对盐胁迫下的甜瓜气孔开度的调节也是反映在对气孔宽度的调节上,该调节效应受外界盐胁迫状况的影响。低浓度Ca2+(0.1mmol/L)会促进盐胁迫诱导的气孔开放,高浓度的Ca2+(10mmol/L)能抑制盐胁迫诱导的气孔开放,起缓解盐胁迫的作用。

摘  要:
This study was focused on the response of stomatal morphological character of melon leaf when applying different exogenous Ca2+ under salt stress.The results presented a significant augmentation in stomatal aperture caused by the promotion of stomatal width instead of length under salt stress.Meanwhile,the regulation of stomatal aperture by exogenous Ca2+ under salt stress was also reflected in the width of the stomatal regulation,and influenced by the external salt condition.Low concentrations of Ca2+(0.1 mmol/L) will promote stomatal opening which was induced by salt stress,while high concentrations of Ca2+(10 mmol/L) inhibited stomatal opening induced by salt stress,and relieve the threat.
