基于Java交互式页面的远程农机设计系统研究

摘  要:
为了提高农机数字化设计效率和零件设计质量,将Java交互式界面引入到农机的远程协同设计中,并采用CATIA交互建模的原理,实现了农机零部件的并行设计,有效缩短了零件的设计周期。以农机变速箱的设计为例,采用CATIA软件建立了零件的模型,利用交互性设计原理对零件进行了虚拟装配,得到了变速箱体的整体模型,从而验证了Java在交互设计中使用的可行性,为农机零部件的数字化创新设计提供了一种新的方法。

摘  要:
In order to improve the efficiency of agricultural machinery digital design and improve the design quality of parts, it introduced the Java interactive interface into the remote collaborative design of agricultural machinery, and used the principle of CATIA interactive modeling to realize the concurrent design of agricultural machinery parts, which effectively shortens the design cycle of parts. Taking the design of agricultural machinery gearbox as an example, it established the part model by CATIA software. It carried out the virtual assembly of the parts by using the principle of interactive design, and obtained the overall model of the gearbox. It verified the feasibility of Java in interactive design and provided a new method for the digital innovative design of agricultural machinery parts.
