新疆春小麦品种的磷营养差异研究

摘  要:
为揭示不同小麦品种的磷营养特性并为选育磷高效小麦品种提供理论依据,在施磷(+P)和不施磷(-P)两种土壤条件下,研究了22个新疆自育春小麦基因型的磷营养性状的差异。结果表明,不论施磷与否,不同小麦品种的籽粒、颖壳、叶片、茎秆的含磷量和磷利用效率差异均达极显著水平(P<0.01)。不同器官的平均含磷量均为籽粒>颖壳>叶片>茎秆。采用相对产量(RGY=-P/+P×100%)为分析指标,对22个春小麦基因型的磷效率进行了筛选,将供试品种划分为耐低磷的高、中、低效基因型三类。同时通过相关分析,研究了不同供磷条件下磷利用效率与其他营养性状之间的关系,提出了筛选和培育磷高效品种的相关指标。

摘  要:
To reveal phosphorus nutrition characteristics of different wheat varieties and provide a theoretical basis for phosphorus high-efficiency breeding.Experiments were conducted to study the differences on phosphorus nutrition in 22 Xinjiang-grown spring wheats of various genotypes under the treatments of with and without of phosphorus application(+P and-P).The result showed the difference of phosphorus contents in grain,glume,leaf and stem,and phosphorus utilization efficiency among genotypes were highly significant.The average phosphorus contents in different organs are grain> glume> leaf> stem.With relative grain yield(RGY =-P / + P × 100%) as indicators of phosphorus efficiency,the 22 spring wheat varieties were classified as high,medium and low of the screening prophorus efficiency genotypes.The relationships between phosphorus utilization efficiency and nutritional characteristics of wheat cultivars were studied by correlation analysis at the different levels of phosphorus supply.The good characters and indicates for culturing and breeding the cultivars of wheat with high efficiency of phosphorus were put forward.
