广西全要素土地利用效率评价及其时空变化格局

摘 要:
为解决广西土地的低效利用问题与提高广西土地利用节约集约程度,结合土地资源利用总体结构中的建设用地与农用地,从社会、经济、土地、资本、劳动力和环境角度分别构建了建设用地与农用地利用效率评价指标体系。通过运用DEA-Malmquist指数全面测算与评价了广西14个地级市的土地利用效率,并分析了其全要素生产率时空变化格局,结果表明:广西农用地利用效率总体处于增长趋势,广西建设用地利用效率总体处于降低趋势,没能重视利用效率提高与建设用地规划管理不当是广西土地利用效率不高的关键因素。最后,结合分析结果,提出了广西城市未来发展的几点建议。

摘 要:
In order to solve the problem of inefficient land use in Guangxi and improve the intensive degree of land use conservation in Guangxi, combined with the construction land and agricultural land in the overall structure of land resources use, the index system of evaluation of construction land and agricultural land use efficiency was constructed from the point of view of society, economy, land, capital, labor force and environment, respectively. The land use efficiency of 14 prefecture-level cities in Guangxi was comprehensively calculated and evaluated by DEA-Malmquist index in this paper, and the temporal and spatial variation pattern of total factor productivity was analyzed. The comprehensive analysis showed that the efficiency of agricultural land use in Guangxi was generally in the trend of growth, and the construction land in Guangxi was in the trend of growth. The overall utilization efficiency was in the decreasing trend, and the failure to pay attention to the improvement of utilization efficiency and the improper management of construction land planning and management were the key factors of low land use efficiency in Guangxi. Finally, combined with the analysis results, some suggestions for the future urban development of Guangxi were put forward.
