摘 要：
目的 建立测定腹宁片中延胡索乙素含量的方法。方法 应用双波长薄层扫描法对延胡索乙素的含量进行测定。结果 本品平均加样回收率为97.44%,RSD为2.75%。结论 本法操作简单,重现性好,可作为腹宁片的质量控制。

ObjectiveTo establish a method for determining tetrahydropalmatine in Funing Tablet.MethodThe content of Tetrahydropalmatine was determined by dual wave length TLC-scanning.ResultThe average recovery of add sample was 97.44%(RSD=2.75%).ConclusionThe method is simple, rapid and accurate.It could be used for quality control of Funing Tablet.
