龙凤湿地2种湿生花卉对盐胁迫的生理响应

摘  要:
为探明大庆龙凤湿地湿生花卉黄菖蒲和溪荪对盐胁迫的适应性,比较不同盐(NaCl)浓度处理对2种湿生鸢尾花各项生理指标的影响。结果表明,随着NaCl胁迫时间延长和胁迫浓度增加,溪荪和黄菖蒲的叶绿素含量、相对含水量整体上呈现出下降趋势,但溪荪的变化不明显,而黄菖蒲叶片的相对含水量明显降低,叶绿素含量表现出高盐抑制合成、低盐抑制降解的特性;丙二醛含量、游离脯氨酸含量、超氧化物歧化酶活性以及可溶性蛋白含量整体呈现上升态势,但两者的各项生理指标变幅存在着一定差异。由研究可知,黄菖蒲和溪荪2种湿生花卉对于盐胁迫具有抵抗能力,且溪荪的抗盐能力高于黄菖蒲。本研究结果为2种湿生花卉在盐碱湿地保护区的抗逆育种、盐化土壤改良以及景观营造提供了可靠依据。

摘  要:
In order to explore the adaptability of wet flowers Iris pseudacorus and Iris sanguinea to salt stress in Longfeng Wetland in Daqing,solution culture was adopted to compare the effects of different salt concentration treatments on physiological indexes of the two wet flowers Iris species.The results showed that the chlorophyll content and relative water content in two Iris species decreased with the increase of salt concentration and stress time.However,the changes of Iris sanguinea were not obvious,while the relative water content of the leaves of Iris pseudacorus decreased significantly,and the chlorophyll content showed that high salt inhibited synthesis and low salt reduced degradation.And malondialdehyde content,free proline content,superoxide dismutase activity and soluble protein content were on the rise.However,there were differences in the variation of physiological indexes between the two Iris species.It was found that Iris pseudacorus and Iris sanguinea had resistance to salt stress,and the resistance of Iris sanguinea was higher than that of Iris pseudacorus.The results of this study would provide the reliable basis for the resistant breeding,salinized soil improvement and landscape construction of two wet flowers in the saline wetland reserve.
