异步电动机故障检测系统研究

摘  要:
目前,我国农用异步电机故障检测方法大部分都是停机后采用人工进行检测。为了节省生产过程中电机的维护时间,提高生产效率,设计了一个电机故障自动检测系统,采用数据融合技术,综合电机的电流、温度和振动等实时参数,进行综合分析,从而对电机开机前和工作中的状态监测,实现在电机故障前发现问题并报警的功能。

摘  要:
At present,the fault detection methods of agricultural asynchronous motor are mostly manual detection after shutting down motor. To save maintenance time of motors during working progress and enhance the productivity,the kind of automatic fault-detecting system was designed by using data fusion technology,integrated motor current,temperature and vibration parameters in real-time,which was analyzed synthetically to detect condition monitoring before motor start-up and work time. So the problem could be found and alarmed before motor failure.
