延安市人工刺槐林光合生理生态特性与生态效应研究

摘  要:
研究延安市人工林主要树种刺槐光合生理生态特性与生态效应,为陕北地区刺槐人工林建设提供依据。采用GFS-3000便携式光合仪(德国)对延安市人工林主要树种刺槐的光合生理特性和生态效益进行研究。结果表明:(1)刺槐的净光合速率日变化呈"双峰"曲线,首峰(5. 03μmol·m~(-2)·s~(-1))出现在11:00,次峰(2. 22μmol·m~(-2)·s~(-1))出现在15:00,具有明显的光合午休现象;(2)相关、回归及通径分析表明,刺槐的净光合速率(A)与相对湿度(RH)、气孔导度(Gs)、胞间CO_2浓度(Ci)和外界CO_2浓度(Ca)呈正相关,与T和T1呈负相关,光合午休现象出现的原因很可能是由气孔因素决定;(3)刺槐的光饱和点(LSP)较高、光补偿点(LCP)低,分别为1 499. 2μmol·m~(-2)·s~(-1)、1. 9μmol·m~(-2)·s~(-1),是典型的阳生植物。(4)刺槐的固碳释氧(1 069. 45 g)能力较弱,降温增湿(329. 24 kg)能力较强。刺槐的光合特性由多种生理生态因子共同决定,这些生理生态因子之间存在互作效应;在人工林的选择和配置过程中,采取多个树种结合的方法,从而达到提高整个绿地系统生态效应的目的。

摘  要:
The objective of the study was to study the photosynthetic physiological characteristics and ecological benefits of the main tree species of Robinia pseudoacacia plantation in Yan'an. With the purpose of supplying theoretical basis for the Robinia pseudoacacia plantation in northern Shanxi,the physiological photosynthetic characteristics and ecological effect of Robinia pseudoacacia,a major tree species of Yan'an City,were studied by GFS-3000 portable photosynthesis system( Germany). The results showed that,(1) Diurnal variation of net photosynthetic rate( A) of Robinia pseudoacacia all presented an apparent double-peak shape curve. The first peak( 5. 03 μmol·m~(-2)·s~(-1)) of Robinia pseudoacacia appeared at 11: 00 and the second peak( 2. 22 μmol · m~(-2)·s~(-1)) at 15: 00,and in midday there were obvious photosynthetic depression.(2)The correlation analysis,regression analysis and path analysis showed that the diurnal variations of A significantly and positively related to that of relative humidity,stomatal conductance( Gs),intracellular CO_2 concentration( Ci) and ambient CO_2 concentration but significantly and negatively related to that of ambient temperature and leaf temperature. The main reasons of midday photosynthetic depression were probably stomatal limitation factors.(3)The light saturation point( LSP) and light compensation point( LCP) of Robinia pseudoacacia were 1 499. 2 μmol·m~(-2)·s~(-1),1. 9 μmol·m~(-2)·s~(-1) respectively,the LSP was higher,and the LCP was very low,indicating that Robinia pseudoacacia was a typical heliophyte.(4) Under the same conditions,the net photosynthetic rate( A) and the water use efficiency( WUE) were all high,the drought resistance of Robiniapseudoacacia and the ability of adapting to the environment were strong.(5)The capacity of carbon fixation and oxygen( 1 069. 45 g) release for Robinia pseudoacacia were weak,the capacity of temperature drop and humidity( 329. 24 kg) increase were significant. The results showed that the photosynthetic characteristics of Robinia pseudoacacia were determined by a variety of physiological and ecological factors,and there existed active interactions between them. In the process of tree species selection and combination,multiple tree species should be mixed to enhance the ecological effect of the entire ecological system.
