前列地尔治疗慢性肾衰竭20例临床观察

摘  要：
目的:观察前列地尔注射剂治疗慢性肾衰竭患者4周后血肌酐(SCr)、血尿素氮(Bun)以及24h尿蛋白定量的变化。方法:将患者随机分为两组,治疗组给予前列地尔4周后,测定治疗前后血Cr、Bun以及24h尿蛋白定量的变化。对照组给予一般治疗。结果:治疗前后:①血Bun水平显著下降(P<0.05)。②血Cr水平显著下降(P<0.05)。③24h尿蛋白定量显著变化(P<0.01)。结论:前列地尔注射剂可进一步改善慢性肾衰竭患者的肾功能。

摘  要：
Objective:To observe the effect of the Lipo PGE1 on Chronic Renal Failure after one month in terms of serum creatinine(Scr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN) and 24h-urine protein excretion.Methods:All patients were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group and control group.The treatment group was given by venoclysis of the Lipo PGE1 for one month,serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen and 24h-urine protein excretion were measured before and after treatment.The control group received general treatment.Results:①The level of blood urea nitrogen was significantly decreased after treatment(P <0.05);②The level of serum creatinine was significantly decreased(P <0.05);③There was a significant change in 24h-urine protein excretion(P <0.01).Conclusion:Lipo PGE1 is a safe drug in treatment of chronic renal failure.
