六安市城区城市用地供需状况的实证分析

摘 要：
从影响城市用地需求的经济水平、人口规模、资源环境条件3个因素出发,对六安城区2005-2010年的城市用地需求进行预测,分析了城市用地供给状况。综合评价的结果表明,城市用地的供给与需求基本平衡,同时建议采取措施,使远景目标对土地的需求得到保障。

摘 要：
Tree factors with economic development,population scale,resource and environmental condition,which effect the land usage of the Liu′an city,were used to predict for land demand for Liu′an urban area from 2005 to 2010,and to analyze the state between supply and demand of urban Liu′an city.The result with comprehesive appraisal shows that the land used for supply and demand is in a basic balance.Some suggestions are put forward to ensure the equilibrium of supply and demand for the prespective development of Liu′an city.
