王不留行黄酮苷对蛋鸭生产性能、蛋品质及血清抗氧化指标的影响

摘  要:
文章旨在探究王不留行黄酮苷对蛋鸭生产性能、蛋品质及血清抗氧化指标的影响,本试验将 800 只 150 日龄健康的绍兴蛋鸭随机分为 4 组,每组 10 个重复,每个重复 20 只,试验为期 90 d,试验日粮在基础日粮中分别添加 0、3、6 和 12 mg/kg王不留行黄酮苷.试验结果显示:与对照组相比,添加 3、6 和 12 mg/kg王不留行黄酮苷组的蛋鸭产蛋率分别提高 0.21%(P>0.05)、4.70%(P<0.05)和 3.36%(P<0.05);料蛋比分别提高 0.75%(P>0.05)、5.09%(P<0.05)和 5.99%(P<0.05);日产蛋重分别提高 0.65%(P>0.05)、5.05%(P<0.05)和 6.56%(P<0.05);此外,王不留行黄酮苷对蛋鸭平均蛋重和采食量均无显著影响(P>0.05).与对照组相比,添加 6 和 12 mg/kg的王不留行黄酮苷显著提高鸭蛋的蛋黄颜色和哈氏单位(P<0.05),以及鸭蛋中蛋氨酸、苏氨酸含量(P<0.05);添加3 mg/kg的王不留行黄酮苷时,上述指标提高不显著(P>0.05);此外,王不留行黄酮苷对鸭蛋蛋壳厚度、强度、蛋形指数以及鸭蛋中赖氨酸、苯丙氨酸、异亮氨酸、亮氨酸和缬氨酸含量均无显著影响(P>0.05).与对照组相比,补充 6 和 12 mg/kg的王不留行黄酮苷显著提高蛋鸭血清SOD和CAT活性(P<0.05),并显著降低蛋鸭血清H2O2 含量(P<0.05),而 3 mg/kg添加组对上述指标影响效果不显著(P>0.05);3 个添加组均能显著降低蛋鸭血清MDA含量(P<0.05);此外,王不留行黄酮苷对蛋鸭血清GSH-Px和T-AOC活性均无显著影响(P>0.05).结论:王不留行黄酮苷能显著提高蛋鸭抗氧化能力、改善蛋品质、提高生产性能,本试验条件下,其最适添加量为 6 mg/kg.

摘  要:
In order to investigate the effects of flavonoid glycosides from Atractylodes macrocephala on the production performance,egg quality,and serum antioxidant indicators of laying ducks,800 healthy Shaoxing laying ducks aged 150 days were randomly divided into 4 groups,with 10 replicates in each group,with 20 ducks in each replicate.The experiment lasted for 90 days,and 0,3,6,and 12 mg/kg of flavonoid glycosides from Atractylodes macrocephala were added to the basic diet as the experimental diet.The experimental results showed that compared with the control group,the egg laying rate of ducks in the groups treated with 3,6,and 12 mg/kg Wangbuliuxing flavonoid glycosides increased by 0.21% (P>0.05),4.70% (P<0.05),and 3.36% (P<0.05),respectively;The feed to egg ratio increased by 0.75% (P>0.05),5.09% (P<0.05),and 5.99% (P<0.05),respectively;The daily egg weight increased by 0.65% (P>0.05),5.05% (P<0.05),and 6.56% (P<0.05),respectively;In addition,Wang Buliuxing flavonoid glycosides had no significant effect on the average egg weight and feed intake of ducks(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the addition of 6 and 12 mg/kg of Wangbuliuxing flavonoid glycosides significantly increased the yolk color and Ha units of duck eggs(P<0.05),as well as the content of methionine and threonine in duck eggs(P<0.05);When adding 3 mg/kg of Wangbuliuxing flavonoid glycoside,the above indicators did not show significant improvement(P>0.05);In addition,Wang Buliuxing flavonoid glycosides had no significant effect on the thickness,strength,egg shape index,as well as the content of lysine,phenylalanine,isoleucine,leucine,and valine in duck eggs(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,supplementing with 6 and 12 mg/kg of Wangbuliuxing flavonoids significantly increased the activities of SOD and CAT in duck serum(P<0.05)and significantly reduced the content of H2O2 in duck serum(P<0.05),while the 3 mg/kg addition group had no significant effect on the above indicators(P>0.05);All three addition groups were able to significantly reduce the serum MDA content in ducks(P<0.05);In addition,Wang Buliuxing flavonoid glycosides had no significant effect on the activities of GSH Px and T-AOC in the serum of ducks(P>0.05).(Conclusion)Wangbuliuxing flavonoid glycosides can significantly improve the antioxidant capacity,improve egg quality,and enhance production performance of ducks.Under the conditions of this experiment,the optimal addition amount is 6 mg/kg.
