毛细管气相色谱法测定白酒中的甲醇、乙酸乙酯和杂醇油

摘  要:
建立了一种用毛细管气相色谱法测定白酒中甲醇、乙酸乙酯和杂醇油的方法,并对色谱条件进行了优化。样品加标回收率在91.7%~98.5%之间,相关系数在0.9954以上,相对标准偏差1.1%~3.1%。该方法简便、快速、准确、结果令人满意。

摘  要:
A new method for the determination of methanol, ethyl acetate and fusel oils in the Chinese spirits by capillary gas chromatography was studied.It showed that the methanol, ethyl acetate and fusel oils contents are in good linearity (r>0.9954), with RSD value 1.1%~3.1%. The recovery rate is 91.7%~98.5%. The method for the determination of methanol, ethyl acetate and fusel oils in the Chinese spirits by capillary gas chromatography is simple,rapid and accurate.
