龙井和珲春市牛附红细胞体感染情况调查

摘要：

采用压滴镜检法和血涂片染色法,检测龙井和珲春地区牛附红细胞体感染情况.共检测21头牛,检出率为100%,比较2种方法,检测出的附红细胞体平均感染率分别为55.25%,58.52%,2个地区附红细胞体的平均感染率分别为66.58%,55.11%;采用压滴镜检法检测,表现临床症状的牛与不表现临床症状的牛的附红细胞体平均感染率比为56.22∶29;放养牛与圈养牛的附红细胞体平均感染率比为59.72∶8.

摘要：

Adopted the pressure drop microscopy method and blood smear staining method to examine the infection of Eperythrozoon wenyonii of 21 cattles in Longjing and Hunchun areas,which the detectable rate was 100%.The average infective ratio of two examination methods were 55.25% and 58.52% seperately.The infectious rates of both areas were 66.58% and 55.11% seperately.The average infectious proportion of accessory red blood corpuscle of cattles with clinical symptom and the cattles without clinical symptom was 56.22:29,and the average infectious proportion of red blood corpuscle of depasturing cattles and cattles feeding in pen was 59.72:8.
