摘  要：
选取乌鲁木齐市典型交叉口———友好路—克拉玛依路交叉口进行分析,结合实地交通流量调查数据,通过计算信号控制交叉路口的饱和度来分析路口的信号配时是否合理,合理调整信号配时;并针对该路口的特点提出增加进口车道数,以增大进口通行能力或改善路网、路段等措施来缓解交通压力。

摘  要：
On the basis of present traffic flow data investigated, the article analyzed the recent situation of the typical intersection of Youhao-Road and Karamay-Road in Urumqi. And the article analyzed whether the cycle division is reasonable through calculating the saturation of the signal-controlling intersection and discussed how to adjust the cycle division. And efficient measures were made out such as to add intakes, to change the network of the road and so on to increase the highway capacity to improve traffic jam which match the characters of the intersection.
