野马鼻肺炎病毒的分离鉴定

摘  要:
从新疆昌吉州吉木萨尔野马饲养繁殖中心送检的野马病料中分离到1株病毒,我们对其进行了鉴定。该病毒株在BHK-21细胞上连传6代出现典型的细胞病变,用适应BHK-21细胞的病毒接种鸡胚成纤维细胞、乳豚鼠肾原代细胞、豚鼠睾丸细胞均出现程度不同的细胞病变。在电镜下可见到典型的马鼻肺炎病毒粒子。病毒对5-碘脱氧尿核苷、氯仿、乙醚等敏感。在pH3.0下失活,56℃30min灭活。病毒能被马鼻肺炎病毒标准阳性血清所中和。病毒接种乳豚鼠出现典型致死性肝炎。结果表明,所分离病毒为马鼻肺炎病毒,并将该毒株定名为PH93-1。

摘  要:
We had isolated a virus strain from the sample of Przewalskii Horses at XinJiang Przewalskii Horse Breeding Centre in Jimsar County,Xinjiang Uygor Automous Region.The virus had been identified.It was continually inoculated 6 generations onto hamster kindey cells (BHK 21) and induced typical cytopathogenic effect (CPE).Culturing the virus on chicken embryonic fibroblast cells,sucking guinea pig kindey and testicle cells,the CPE could be seen but there was difference.The typical equine rhionopneumonitis virus particles (Like Herpesvirus particles) could be found under electromicroscope.The isolated virus was sensitive to 5 iod 2 dexoy uridine,chloroform,ether etc.It lost activity in pH3 and was inactivated for 30 minutes at 56℃.The virus could be neutralized by the standard positive serum to equine rhinopneumonitis virus.The sucking guinea pigs were injected with the isolates and typical lethal hepatitis could be observed.All of the evidences indicated that the isolated virus was equine rhinopneumonitis virus(ERV),and it was named PH93 1 strain of equine rhinopneumonitis virus.
