不同防控措施对芝麻青枯病的田间防治效果

摘  要:
青枯雷尔氏菌引起的芝麻青枯病是芝麻生产上重要的毁灭性土传病害。为了制定有效的防控方案,比较分析了抗病品种利用、土壤处理、合理轮作、生物/化学药剂防治等4项单项防治技术,以及综合防控技术对芝麻青枯病的防效。结果表明,4项单项防治技术均在不同程度上减轻了芝麻青枯病的发生,降低了产量损失。其中,综合防控技术的防病效果最好,防效达85.91%,比空白对照增产57.79%,投入收益比为1∶7.01。

摘  要:
Bacterial wilt of sesame, caused by Ralstonia solanacearum, is one of most destructive soil-borne disease in major sesame production areas. To structure an effective control measures on sesame bacterial wilt, the integrated control effects of four single techniques of resistant varieties, soil treatment, reasonable rotation, biological/chemical agents on sesame bacterial wilt were analyzed. The results showed that the application of four individual techniques in varying degrees had reduced the occurrence of sesame bacterial wilt and the yield loss of sesame. The control effect of integrated technique on sesame bacterial wilt reached 85.91%, which was the best technique. In addition, the sesame yield of integrated control increased by 57.79% than the blank control, and the ratio of input-output of integrated control was 1∶7.01.
