论文关于鸡蛋胆固醇代谢机制及调控原理进行了论述,详细阐述了各种营养添加剂降低鸡蛋胆固醇的作用效果及其可能的作用机制,并且从分子调控的手段方面进行了总结及分析,最终提出了进一步研究的方向。

摘  要:
The metabolism and control theory of egg cholesterol are discussed in this paper.It elaborats the effect of reducing egg cholesterol and possible mechanisms on the various nutritional additives and forms a summary and analysis on the means of molecular regulation,finally proposing the further research.
