农民多维分化背景下的合作社建设与乡村振兴

摘  要：
在我国农民多维分化背景下,如何引导农民参与乡村建设是乡村振兴过程中必须面对的现实问题。合作社通过输血式、造血式、制度化与社会化的建设方式,可以缩小合作农民之间在经济、经营、利益与群体上的分化差距,从而有利于解决乡村振兴中的农地、农民、农业、非农产业与农村发展问题,有效实现乡村振兴战略目标。本文还以吉林省柳河县大米姐水稻种植专业合作社建设为例分析了合作社助力乡村振兴的实践,并针对我国合作社建设与乡村振兴问题提出了政策建议。

摘  要：
Under the background of multi-dimensional differentiation of farmers in China,how to guide them to participate in rural construction is a realistic problem that must be faced in the process of rural revitalization.This paper analyzes the performance of farmers in economy,management,profits and group differentiation.Through blood transfusion,hematopoiesis,institutionalization and socialization,cooperatives can narrow the gap between cooperative farmers in terms of economy,management,profits and group differentiation,and thus effectively help to solve the problems of farmland,farmers,agriculture and rural development in rural revitalization.Taking the construction of Damijie Rice Planting Specialized Cooperative in Liuhe County as an example,this paper analyzes the practice of promoting rural revitalization for cooperatives.Finally,in view of the problems of cooperative construction and rural revitalization,some policy suggestions are put forward.
