禽流感-新城疫重组二联活疫苗口服免疫试验

摘  要：
选择未接种禽流感-新城疫疫苗的黄腹角雉所产蛋,经孵化后,于10日龄选黄腹角雉15只,随机分成A、B、C 3组,每组5只,以点眼接种量的10、15、20羽份,直接口腔滴入禽流感-新城疫重组二联活疫苗rl-H5株口服免疫。分别于接种前1 d和3次接种后15 d经翅静脉采血,通过测定其禽流感和新城疫血凝抑制试验(HI)抗体滴度。结果表明,第2次接种20羽份剂量抗体效价达到峰值,新城疫和禽流感HI抗体均值分别为7.5 log2和5.5 log2。

摘  要：
20 Tragopan caboti that were not inoculated with Avian influenza(AI) and Newcastle disease(ND) vaccine were selected at 10 days.They were divided into 3 experimental groups and control group,and 5 birds in each group.Three days later,the birds in experimental groups A,B,C were inoculated orally with 10,15,20 bird-dose AIV and NDV recombinant vaccine,live(rl-H5 strain) respectively.At 15th day postinoculation,blood sampes from each Tragopan caboti were taken,and antibody titers to AIV and NDV were measured with hemagglutination inhibition(HI) assay.The results showed that the average antibody titer to NDV in group C rose to 7.5 log2,the average antibody titer to AIV in group C rose to 5.5 log2,and the highest antibody titers occurred in group C in second postinoculation.
