花生拔采机的设计与仿真制造

摘  要:
花生是一种具有良好的食用、药物及食疗价值的农作物,需求量极大。其拔采工作在个体农户中是以人工的方式进行,工作量和劳动的强度都是十分巨大,且单人的劳动效率不高。为此,设计了一种名为花生拔起机的机械,并将运用UG、Adams及Matleb对该机械进行改进设计与仿真分析。同时,对试制实物机械进行试验,以保证机械工作的可靠性及生产作业的效率。在设计过程中,针对花生在播种过程中的直线误差问题,该机械具有较好的适应性,达到了拔采的多自由度与大范围的目的,实现了花生拔采工作的半机械化。

摘  要:
Peanut is a kind of good edible value,medicine value and healthcare value of crops,and greater demand in current society,when the mining work pull in individual rural households are artificial manner,its workload and labor intensity is very large,and a single labor efficiency is not high,in order to solve this problem,this paper proposes a plucking machine called peanut machinery,,this article will use UG and Adams and matleb design and simulation analysis to improve the mechanical and physical mechanical testing,to ensure the reliability of the mechanical work and production efficiency,and in the design process,in response to the peanuts in the straight line error problem in the process of planting,this machine has good adaptability,implementation of mining multi degree of freedom with a wide range of purposes,realizing the peanut mining work do pull machine.
