Hapseeker:一个分析单倍型的C++程序

摘  要:
开发了一个C++程序——Hapseeker对DNA或RNA序列进行分析。Hapseeker能够鉴定单倍型并统计每种单倍型的频率,快速找出变异位点。具有操作简单、运行速度快、结果准确可靠等优点。

摘  要:
The C++ program:Hapseeker was developed to analyze DNA or RNA sequence,besides,Hapseeker could be used to identify haplotype,calculate frequency of each haplotype as well as find variable sites quickly. Moreover,this method had many advantages such as simple operation,rapid running speed and accuracy.
